Equipment or surfaces were in poor repair or made of material that can’t be cleaned.

Inspector’s note: Observed standing water under the dish washing machine (water pasty looking) instructed to find source, clean and maintain as a means of preventing possible insect activity.

Equipment and surfaces were dirty.

Inspector’s note: Observed the sides of the cooking equipment and non cooking equipment in need of a detail cleaning. Instructed to clean and maintain all.

Plumbing problems, or missing protection against backflow.

Inspector’s note: Observed a leak at the bottom copper pipe under the dish washing machine with the nut/screw sticking out. Instructed to repair and maintain.

Floors, walls, or ceilings were damaged or dirty.

Inspector’s note: Observed the floor under the cooking and non cooking equipment in the rear kitchen as well as the floor under the dish washer in the bar area in need of a detail cleaning. Instructed to clean and maintain all areas.
