Inspector’s note: Must clean mold build up on interior racks of last 2- door glass reach in cooler,dirt build up from service counter shelving units.

Floors, walls, or ceilings were damaged or dirty.

Inspector’s note: Must repair or replace holes in both doors of storage areas & ceiling in rear storage room,stained ceiling tiles throughout premises,missing flooring in rear storage/dish washing area,mop sink closet and front service counter.

Ventilation or lighting was inadequate.

Inspector’s note: Must repair or replace ventilation in toilet room not operable.
