Inspector’s note: Observed the interior of the fryers with grease and dirt buildup. Instructed manager to clean and maintain fryers.

Plumbing problems, or missing protection against backflow.

Inspector’s note: Observed a leak at the hand washing sink by the chef's office. Instructed manager to fix and maintain good plumbing.

Floors, walls, or ceilings were damaged or dirty.

Inspector’s note: Observed the interior of the floor drains, floors in the corners, under the fryers, sinks, coolers/cooking equipment in the prep and dish washing area with grease, food, dirt and debris. Instructed manager to clean and maintain floor drains and floors throughout. -observed dirt and dust build up on the walls and ceiling tiles in the prep and dish washing area. Instructed to clean and maintain walls and ceiling.

Floors, walls, or ceilings were damaged or dirty.

Inspector’s note: Observed the ceiling tile above the 3-compartment sink in the south main kitchen in poor repair. Instructed manager to replace ceiling tiles and maintain.

Ventilation or lighting was inadequate.

Inspector’s note: Observed accumulated grease debris on the vents located above the cooking equipment. Instructed to clean.
