Food wasn’t protected from contamination during prep, storage, or display.

Inspector’s note: Observed the lights under the hood unit in the kitchen with a build up of dust on them. Instructed to clean and maintain as a means of preventing possible contamination of foods being prepared in area.

Floors, walls, or ceilings were damaged or dirty.

Inspector’s note: Observed the wall covering on the left side of the hand washing sink in the preschool room missing in need of repair. Instructed to repair and maintain.

Inspector’s note: Observed the floor in the kitchen area behind the reach in freezer and refrigerator in need of a detail cleaning. Instructed to clean and maintain.

Ventilation or lighting was inadequate.

Inspector’s note: Observed the light bulb on the right side of the hood unit out. Instructed to replace.

In-use utensils weren’t stored properly.

Inspector’s note: Multi use utensils not inverted during storage. Instd to store inverted (handle up) and maintain

Inspector’s note: Floors need cleaning behind the refrigerator and around the hot water tank in the kitchen to remove debris.
