Inspector’s note: Observed leak at hand washing sink in the green infants room and missining ceiling tile and one stained tile. Instructed to repair and maintain. Also observed a leak at the three compartment sink hot knob. Instructed to repair and maintain.

Inspector’s note: Observed a lot of broken glass and bottles along outside area where kids walk to the play ground for playing and fire drills. Instructed that this area must be cleaned and maintained at all times as a means of protecting the children as they walk to and from play ground for playing or for fire drills.

Inspector’s note: Found water stained ceiling tiles in the front/rear classrooms and storage areas. Instructed to replace ceiling tiles. 6-501.13 the floors in the corners and under/around all heavy equipment in the classrooms and kitchen needs to be cleaned. Instructed to clean. 6-501.114 found clutter in the rear play room. Instructed to eliminate all unnecessary items and organize the area. Instructed to maintain all.

No evidence of rodent or insect outer openings protected/rodent proofed, a written log shall be maintained available to the inspectors

Inspector’s note: Found no pest control log book from a licensed pest control company on premises for review as required with the necessary documents inside; must provide a pest control log book. Serious violation 7-38-020.

Inspector’s note: Found no chemical test strips for the three comp sink to test the strength of the sanitizer when wash rinse and sanitizing dishes and utensils; must provide chemical test strips. Serious violation 7-38-030.

Food and non-food contact surfaces properly designed, constructed and maintained

Inspector’s note: Must install a splash guard between the stove and the exposed hand sink in the kitchen.

Inspector’s note: Observed some ceiling vents in the classrooms with dust build up and dust build up on the ceiling ventilation fans in all washrooms; clean all vents to remove dust observed.
