Inspector’s note: 3-304.14 observed improper storage of wet wiping cloths in the ladybug room and infant room. Instructed to properly store wiping cloths in a sanitizing solution between usage to prevent contamination of equipment & food.

Inspector’s note: 6-501.16 observed mop stored improperly in a bucket in the mop sink area. Instructed to store properly between usage.

Ventilation or lighting was inadequate.

Inspector’s note: 6-202.11 observed a missing light shield in the mop sink closet area. Instructed to provide and maintain.

Inspector’s note: The base of the 3-compartment sink in the kitchen leaks. Instructed to fix and maintain.

Toilet rooms weren’t built, stocked, or cleaned properly.

Inspector’s note: Found the receptacles in the staff toilet rooms without covers/lids. Instructed to provide receptacles with covers/lids and maintain.

Floors, walls, or ceilings were damaged or dirty.

Inspector’s note: Found ceiling tiles in the infant rooms with water stains. Instructed to replace and maintain. -the floor outside the office by the desks broken/damaged. Instructed to fix and maintain floors to be smooth and easily cleanable.

Inspector’s note: Observed peeling paint on wall between the mop closet, and the adult restroom, instructed to remove and reseal. Also clean dusty ceiling vents inside kitchen and out side kitchen prep area.

Inspector’s note: Clean interior of storage cabinet in prep area. Must clean and remove all debris. Clean interior of reach in cooler to remove all debris and remove all ice build up. Must clean and defrost.
