Toilet rooms weren’t built, stocked, or cleaned properly.

Inspector’s note: Observed no covered receptacle in women washroom. Instructed to provide covered waste receptacle.

Floors, walls, or ceilings were damaged or dirty.

Inspector’s note: Observed loose debris/dirt and dust buildup on the floors in rear storage area, trash compact area and mop sink area. Instructed to increase cleaning frequency of floors in mentioned areas.

Inspector’s note: Must clean dust build up on vents at cold holding display units.must clean debris build up in mop sink basin.
